DELIVERY & REFUND POLICY
We ship WORLDWIDE. The shipping method for U.S. residents are USPS and UPS Ground service. Residents outside of the U.S. may be required to pay extra charge for some of the services, such as special handling fees, customs or brokerage fees. We are not responsible for any extra charges for customs or brokerage fees. Any such additional costs are not included in the shipping cost. By placing an order on our site, you are acknowledging that you understand these terms and will not hold Kish and Company accountable. If you refuse the delivery because you do not want to pay the customs or brokerage fees, we require that you cover any return shipping costs in addition to the initial shipping fee.
Refund and Return Policies
We accept the cancellation or replacement ONLY IF:
The item purchased is defective, item is damaged upon delivery. The claim should be reported to Kish and Company Customer Service within 14 days after the delivery, accompanied with the proof of purchase. We also accept the returns in special circumstances only if claim is reported within 14 days after the delivery. Customers for special returns will be required to cover any return shipping costs in addition to the initial shipping fee. Such returns will need a return authorization negotiated in advance of return shipping being made.
